US Government Compliance - Mission Statement

It is the mission of US Government Compliance to ensure 100% compliance with US Government regulations.

To achieve that, US Gov’t Compliance ensures that structurally the organization is set up to allow for oversight, independence, and segregation of duties. Additionally, GovCAG must have adequate policies and procedures capturing requirements and processes that are to be followed consistently.

Functions of US Government Compliance

  • Review/Approve and assist with the interpretation of policies & procedures as they pertain to CAS, FAR & other Government Regulation compliance
  • Corporate and Segment Governance to ensure Government compliance.
  • Government Requirements/ Compliance training and educational guidance including oversight for all of BearingPoint
  • Tracking / ensuring that any changes in government contracting regulations.
  • Serve as a single focal point for all DCAA correspondence.
  • Review/Approve all submissions to the Government.
  • Advise all organizations on issues surrounding compliance
  • Involvement in various professional organizations, and Review Boards that keeps BearingPoint current on Government Contracting Regulations, and proposed future legislation.
  • Responding to future regulations that effect BearingPoint.
  • Operational compliance, efficiency review team
