Subcontract Administrator

Working with appreciable direction, solicts, bids, negotiates and awards subcontracts for proper acquisition in accordance with company policy, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Follows procedures to obtain government consent where necessary, acts as liaison with ACO to resolve problems/questions. Administers subcontract modifications and invoicing. Prepares business memorandums on reasonableness of subcontract price under prime contracts. Interfaces with program managers and contract administrators to provide support.
