Purpose
This policy defines GovC’s proposal and contracts review requirements and practices in accordance with the Authority Matrix.

Policy
It is GovC’s policy that all contracts, proposals, teaming agreements, and other legally binding documents or business arrangements be reviewed, at appropriate levels of management, prior to submission or execution.
Applicability/Scope
This policy applies to all proposals and contracts.
