Prescription(a) The provisions prescribed in this subsection apply to preparation and submission of bids in general. See other FAR parts for provisions and clauses related to specific acquisition requirements. (b) Insert in all invitations for bids the provisions at— (1) 52.214-3, Amendments to Invitations For Bids; |

Provision(a) If this solicitation is amended, then all terms and conditions which are not modified remain unchanged. (b) Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of any amendment to this solicitation (1) by signing and returning the amendment, (2) by identifying the amendment number and date in the space provided for this purpose on the form for submitting a bid, (3) by letter or telegram, or (4) by facsimile, if facsimile bids are authorized in the solicitation. The Government must receive the acknowledgment by the time and at the place specified for receipt of bids. |
