The common purchasing dollar threshold that companies use above which proper file documentation to show efforts to compete a procurement are necessary:
- Anything Over the MicroPurchase Threshold ($3K), unless
The SERVICE CONTRACT ACT applies, then
- The amount is reduced to $2500.
