Cancelling Funds

The National Defense Authorization Act (PL 101-510, 5 November 1990) contains provisions for the systematic cancellation and withdrawal of lapsed funding accounts. In accordance with PL 101-510, once an appropriation is canceled no new disbursements can be processed against that appropriation.
