GovC complies fully with the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).
Title I of the Act affects the recruiting, hiring and promoting of persons with disabilities. GovC will ensure equal opportunity in the application process. GovC's process allows for each qualified applicant an equal opportunity to participate in the application process and be considered for a job.
Title III of the Act requires provision of physical facilities that are conducive to use by disabled persons. GovC offices are to be configured that disabled persons have ready access to our office and all office have physical accommodations to assist individuals with disabilities.
